Centene Corporation Elects Orlando Ayala of Microsoft to Board of Directors

ST. LOUIS, Sept. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) today announced that Orlando Ayala of Microsoft Corporation was elected to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Ayala currently serves as Vice President, Chairman, Emerging Markets, and Chief Advisor to the Chief Operating Officer for Microsoft. The addition of Mr. Ayala increases the number of independent Directors on Centene's board to eight and total membership to nine.
