Centene Corporation Appoints Donald G. Imholz as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) today announced that Donald G. Imholz has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Imholz will report directly to Michael F. Neidorff, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Centene.

Mr. Imholz brings significant experience in information technology to his new position. Most recently, he was an independent consultant working for clients across a number of industries. Previously, he was with the Boeing Company for almost 33 years and served as Vice President of Information Technology. In that role, Mr. Imholz was responsible for all application development and support worldwide. His earlier career experience included serving as Chief Information Officer for Boeing Integrated Defense Systems.

Mr. Imholz received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. In addition, he has a degree in information management and an executive master's degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

Glendon A. Schuster, Senior Vice President of Information Technology, will continue in his leadership position and report directly to Mr. Imholz.
