ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) today announced that Pamela A. Joseph, Vice Chairman of U.S. Bancorp, was elected to the Company's Board of Directors as a Class III Director with a term expiring in 2010.
