Centene Corporation Announces Dismissal of Shareholder Class Action Lawsuit

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) today announced that it has received notification from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri that its motion to dismiss has been granted regarding a previously filed shareholder lawsuit. The Consolidated Class Action Lawsuit dismissed by the Court was originally two separate class action lawsuits filed in July 2006 and August 2006, respectively.
