| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events In July 2021, Centene acquired the remaining 60% interest in its equity method investment in Circle Health, the U.K.’s largest independent operator of hospitals, for approximately $700 million with cash on hand. The Company is currently evaluating the impact of the step acquisition on the Company’s consolidated financial position, results of operations and cash flows. |
