URAC is an independent, nonprofit healthcare-accrediting organization dedicated to promoting healthcare quality through accreditation, education and measurement. The disease management accreditation recognizes Nurtur's programs for asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart disease, heart failure, diabetes and back pain.
