Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) announced today that it will release its fourth quarter 2007 financial results at approximately 6:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, February 8, 2008, and host a conference call shortly thereafter at 7:30 AM (Eastern Time) to review the results.
